180–280 gsm (5.3–8.3 oz/yd²) · stretch needed

Use a four-way-stretch swim/sport spandex with good recovery and UPF rating, sewn with a stretch needle and a zigzag or overlock so seams flex in the water.

Avoid: Cotton jersey (sags when wet), Wovens, Low-recovery knits
