soft with body so the circle skirt flares and swings
The full circle skirt needs a fabric with enough drape to swing yet enough body to flare, like a rayon crepe or cotton sateen; cut the skirt on grain and let it hang before hemming since the bias areas will drop.
Avoid: Stiff canvas, Very thin slippery chiffon, Heavy melton
③ Place a motif

Atelier notes
- 01Pick your size; the draft already includes wearing ease.
- 02Sew a quick calico toile first — these are statement shapes, so check the fit and drape before cutting your fabric.
- 03Watch the grainline and stay-stitch any deep curves before they stretch.
